Dilshan was an extremely careful, conscientious and responsive contractor. He demolished 2 dated bath areas and replaced them with beautiful tile and glassed in shower stalls, all within a very tight 3-week timetable. Dilshan dealt diplomatically and kindly with an unhappy neighbour and developed an excellent working relationship with the building superintendent.
